Advice to patients booked at Sandringham Hospital

Bayside Health now manages the women’s and newborn services at Sandringham Hospital.
On the 1st of July 2026 Women’s and Newborn Services at Sandringham Hospital successfully transitioned from Monash Health to Bayside Health.

This aligns service delivery at the Sandringham Hospital site with Victoria’s Local Health Service Network plan.

Monash Health has worked closely with Bayside Health to make the transition as seamless as possible. Continuity of care has been a priority.

Monash Health thanks the Sandringham Hospital Women’s and Newborn leadership and team for their engagement and support of the service transition.

While we complete this transition, please note the following advice for clinical appointments:

  • Appointments in July

For patients who are scheduled for an outpatient clinic appointment in July, your appointment has been booked. You will receive a re-confirmation message from Bayside Health by Tuesday 7 July.

If you do not receive this message, please contact Sandringham Hospital maternity and gynaecology clinic from Wednesday 8 July.

  • Appointments from August 1

If your next appointment is scheduled from 1 August onwards, you will be contacted by Bayside Health in due course to confirm the date and time.

If you do not heard from Bayside Health two weeks before your appointment, please contact Sandringham Hospital maternity and gynaecology clinic on (03) 9076 1031.
